Warranty Guidelines

1.  All Safe Standard Warranty All Safe Security & Lock warrants the labor & replacement or repair of parts that are defective in material or workmanship for up to 90 days from the invoice date unless otherwise specified in advance. This limited warranty covers the labor and/or original hardware that was purchased & installed by All Safe Security & Lock. Warranty only applies to defects in materials and/or workmanship, which occur during normal use.

2.  Manufacturer Warranty Most Product Manufacturers provide a 1 year Warranty up to a Lifetime depending on the product. You must contact the manufacturer directly for all warranty related issues. If you need assistance, please contact us for help with warranty issues for products you purchased and/or had installed through our company. We strive to carry quality security products that will very rarely require utilization of the manufacturer’s warranty. If you require service on a products outside of the manufacturer warranty period you may contact us to schedule a Service Call for repairing or replacing these products.

3. Exceptions to Warranty Warranty does not apply to those products that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence or vandalism. Warranty does not extend to any damage that occurs due to natural phenomenon (i.e. lightning or line surges, hurricanes, floods, fires, etc.).
